You maintained every suitable settings in transaction OPD to get an output message into a Fiori RFQ (Manage RFQ app basd) document, but after you added every data to the document and you press "create" button, the RFQ is created, and after you press "Publish" button the output is still not appears in the document.
Workaround: Before publishing the RFQ needs to be re-opened in Edit-Mode and then saved (without any changes). If you just afterwards publish the RFQ then the output is determined.
