3155552 - Condtions not saved into scheduling agreement which uses time independent conditions.

You create a scheduling agreement with time-independent conditions (in document type settings you set the certain document type not to handle time-dependent conditions, so conditions are just like at a purchsae order, no validity period).
You press save at ME31l GUI transaction or related Fiori app and after that you see in EKKO-KNUMV field a condition ID but with that ID no conditions are saved into PRCD_ELEMENTS table and also no condition appears if you open the agreement.

During document saving you can see conditions in TKOMV[] internal table at include MM06EF0B_BUCHEN, subroutine BUCHEN, and also in update task in function module PRC_RESULT_DATA_INSERT (internal table  IT_PRICE_ELEMENT_INSERT[]) but still conditions are not saved.
