3155636 - Rejected status is instantly visible for candidate in the jobs applied portlet

Once a candidate is set to rejected/disqualified status, it is instantly visible for them under jobs applied portlet for the candidate.

But, the disqualification email can be delayed using the feature under (Manage Recruiting settings ->  Delay Emails to Disqualified Candidates ).

Is there a way to delay the status change as well?
