3155656 - Field change OR on change recruiting rules are not triggering

The field change or On changes rules are not triggering in this instance for any of the forms (Job Requisition/Candidate Profile/Application OR Offer Approval) OR for any templates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

In the Job Requisition/Candidate Profile/Application OR Offer Approval form the Field change rule does not trigger.

The rule trace when checked will appear blank.

But the on-save rules they trigger fine but NONE of the on-change ruels work.

Our Engineering team has investigated and recommended that in ideal scenarios the System Objects such as 'Rule' should not be configured as a secured object.

If it's marked as "Secured" then only those users who have been granted the required RBP role will be able to access it and for others it will start to fail.

Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions > Object Definition > Rule > Make Correction >

Change the value of "Secured" field to NO and Permissions Category to "No Selection" to resolve the issue and to make the on-change rules trigger in the instance
