Common Name (CN) of the CSR generated in CSB does not match the Common Name on the SSL Certificate installed by the customer. Currently, RMK checks the hash numbers of the files and not the actual information of the certificate that is why no error message appears. 

SSL Certificate information must be validated before the certificate installation in CSB and it should match the information of the CSR. To verify the information of the certificate provided by the vendor, the certificate can be opened using a Note++/Notepad or any application which has similar functionality. Copy the information and paste it on this link. To check the information of the CSR generated, click on the "Reference ID" on the SSL Certificates tab in CSB and it will show the information of the CSR.
