How to integrate/map instruction fields from Recruiting to Onboarding.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
As of now the instruction fields cannot be mapped from the requisition to onboarding.
So, the workaround now is to use a text field to map the required text/content that you have on the Recruiting side to the appropriate Onboarding field.
To verify the feasibility of having this included in a future version of the system, please submit an enhancement request by following the instructions available in the article linked to this case :
