3155933 - Error 'Decimal places are not permitted' (00011) is raised when entering number of defects in QE51N

Symptom

Defect is recorded for inspection characteristic during results recording (for example in transaction QE51N).

When value with decimal places is entered to field 'Number of defects', error message 'Decimal places are not permitted' (message number: 00011) is raised.
