3155986 - Unable to perform a Tenant copy to another system

Symptom

While performing a copy a Tenant to another system the following error message appears in nameserver trace.

    Could not execute 'CREATE DATABASE <target_database_name> AT LOCATION '<target_hostname>:<port_number_master_indexserver>' AS REPLICA OF <source_database_name> AT ...' in 21.223 seconds .

    SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: nameserver failed to process the request;ltt exception: exception 7100010: Database replication error: Exception while sending request to source system <hostname>:12345: ltt exception: exception 7100010: Database replication error: Invalid configuration! R server must not be configured for source database!
