  • SOLMAN_SETUP / Managed System Configuration step '7 Finalize Configuration' activities are failing with the following error:

    CX_AI_SOAP_FAULT : SoapFaultCode:4 An unexpected exception occurred during the processing of this Web Service : while trying to read the field 'instances' of a null object loaded from local variable 'cluster' 

  • Background job SMSETUP: DIAG_MNGD_EXTRACTORS (Report RAGS_SISE_ACTIVITY_JOB), which on debugging leads to exception being raised when calling method CL_DIAGSTP_MNGD_SETUP_AUTO->CALL_JAVA_SETUP_WS.
