Balance after remain unchanged even after Entitlement recalculation /Accrual Reset

For instance, Entitlement was created on 11/May/2021 as 00:29 hours which changed the balance after as 00:29 hours from 00:00 hours

But even after accrual reset was posted with -00:29, balance after remains same and it is carried over

1. Navigate to the user's Time Accounts in the Administer UI
2. Click on the specific TAT 
3. Check the balance after value since 11/May/2021 after Entitlement creation
4. Balance after remains same as 00:29 hours, even accrual postings has not changed any value in the balance after section

It is an expected behavior

• This is expected behavior. The balance only considers entitlement postings, not accrual postings
• This is because in case of the separation between accruals and entitlements, only entitlements are ready to be consumed, not accruals
• The accrual reset posting has an impact on the accrual balance, but not on the entitlement balance. Hence, the accrual reset posting does not have any impact on the balance after
• Even, if an accrual on 11 May, 2021 was recalculated, this doesn't lead the entitlement posting on 11 May, 2021 to be recalculated because the entitlement posting on 11 May, 2021 only considers the sum of accruals until and including 10 May, 2021
