3156237 - User Class Registration Prompts "Review" button

When a user is registering for a class which has an associated cost they see a 'Review' button instead of 'Register' button.

1. Schedule a class with an associated cost

2. As a user, register for the class

3. Previously users were shown a 'register' button but now they are first shown a 'Review' button before they complete registration.

This process will appear if Course Home is enabled.
Course home introduced updates to the way a learner registers for a class and launches the online content for a blended course.
One of these updates is that users are given the option to review the purchase details for items with cost before completing the purchase and registering.

This is working as per Design
