3156329 - Diserver on SystemDB isn't started on SAP HANA

You observe the HDB Deployment Infrastructure Server service is running on TenantDB, but not on SystemDB. You see the following symptoms on SAP HANA system:

• SystemDB - - > SAP HANA Studio - - > Default Administration - - > Landscape (tab) diserver service is RED. 
  
     
  
  
• TenantDB - - > SAP HANA Studio - - > Default Administration - - > Landscape (tab) diserver service is GREEN.
  
  
• SAP HANA Studio - - > Diagnosis Mode - - > Processes (tab) hdbdiserver process listed only once, which belongs to the tenant.
  
  
• Run the following command on the SAP HANA server, and there is only one HDB Deployment Infrastructure Server belongs to the tenant:
  
  
       sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetProcessList
  
       GetProcessList

• Running SELECT * FROM M_SERVICES results ACTIVE_STAUS of diserver = NO (SYSTEMDB@<SID>) but the topology information is fine.
