SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. First you will need the Onboarding Process ID of the candidate
2. Navigate to BizX
3. Onboarding Dashboard
4. Find the candidate and click View Details
5. Click on the URL > At the end of the URL you will see an ID like this 3FF67E5BEA0D41359E7ACAD5BA5DF006
6. With that ID navigate to Manage Data
7. Onboarding data collection user Configuration > Enter the ID
8. There you will see the Subject User and that data they enter during that step
