While creating billing document with reference to delivery the error occurs.

1.  Login Fiori launchpad and open app Create Billing Document (VF01)
2.  Try to create a billing document with reference to a delivery
3.  The error shows in log: Check issue in custom routine 3000000. Fallback implementation is triggered. Please check configuration or if the could BAdI is miss

Custom routine 3000000 is assigned to the item category TAN in SSCUI 102763

but the routine is not active. 

Remove the custom routine 3000000 in SSCUI 102763.
