After CE2202 release, the Add (+) section is missing in Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring App. This + button is used to do the scoring for the purchase category.

Resolution
Root cause analysis is on going. This is a known issue and fix will be provide in CFD 2202.2 (HFC07) (weekend of April 23rd).
