3156545 - Onboarding Dashboard (New) is not showing even related permissions are granted

Symptom

Users can see Onboarding Dashboard but not Onboarding Dashboard (New) even the permissions are properly set.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

"Onboarding Dashboard (New) " is in "Not Used" home page tile queue.

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage home page 
  2. Check "Not Used" tab if there is "Onboarding Dashboard (New) "
  3. Add that to "Default" such as "My Team"
