3156689 - Document Due and Late Notifications for Job Requisitions - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Document Due and Late Notification has been designed for PM forms, however it can be used for Job Requisition forms, this article explains how it works.

Resolution

You can enable the notification and setup your template using the tool:

Admin Centre > Email Notification Templates
Document Late Notification
Document Due Notification

Details about the logic:

the system will trigger the notification considering the setting entered here Admin Centre > Form Template Setting :

The calculation is based on the Due Date value visible in the Job Requisition "information" page:

That date is entered by the originator during the initial steps of the requisition creation, as below:

Considering this example in the screenshot the system is supposed to trigger the Due notification one day before 13/02/2021, and the Late notification one day after 13/02/2021.

The notification will be triggered only if the requisition is not approved.
The recipient of the notification will be the current owner of the form in that specific moment, so it could be any user in the route map.
