3156894 - Transferring deleted condition with IDoc COND_A physically removes the condition in the target system

Symptom

You delete a condition type from a contract in the source system. After transferring the changes with IDoc COND_A, system physically removes the condition in the target system instead of setting the Deletion Indicator like in the source system.
