The Internal Career Site powered by CSB offers a more streamlined view of the job list.
The available actions are shown on the job page itself (Refer a friend, Apply, Create alert) via buttons rather than a list of options.
Other options such as Save job are available from the Mobile Apply page.

This is the expected behaviour and the view cannot be configured as it is considered a legacy view.
