SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Customer Instance using the Support Access provided and choose Onboarding.
- Upon going into the Onboarding Dashboard, you'll encounter the Seamless Login Error
- Login to Splunk and search for "OnboardingId *saml*"
- You'll see an error message same as below:
- ERROR [AccountName]    KMS.XpressHR.SSO.SAML20.AssertionConsumerService - Certificate serial# [1A23B4CC] does not match [567HJKL8].
Certificate serial number does not match value in Super Admin
The SAML Certificate Serial Number can only have either of the two values: 1A23B4CC or 567HJKL8
Change the value in the super admin. See steps below:
- Update Security.SAML20.X509Certificate.SerialNumber
- Super admin > Account Options > Security.SAML20.X509Certificate.SerialNumber
- If the value is 1A23B4CC, change it to 567HJKL8. Or the other way around.
