3156991 - Time to Hire (Time to Recruit) is empty in Recruiting reports - Recruiting Management

The Recruiting V2 report column 'Time to Hire' is not getting calculated for job applications.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting 

1. The fields to calculate the Time to Hire are not configured properly.
2. Incorrect Hirable Options in Edit Applicant Status Configuration.
3. The calculation job might have stopped running.

1. Review the Time to Hire setting.

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings.
2. Go to the Applicant Profile Settings section > Time to Hire.
3. Check if Start Date and End Date are set correctly.

2. Review the Hirable options.

1. Go to Edit Applicant Status Configuration.
2. Open the Hired status.
3. Check if the Hirable Options is set to Hired.

Note: Please set only one status as Hired and only one status as Hirable in the status set. If more than one status is set as Hired, the feature may not work properly.

3. If all the configurations are correct, the calculation job might have stopped running. Please update the Time to Hire setting to refresh the calculation job:

1. Select a different Start Date.
2. Save the change.
3. Revert the change.
4. Save it again.
