3156999 - Live Office Insert chart fails with error occurred when refreshing. (LO 26315)

In Office365 Excel with Live Office, insert Web Intelligence, 

• Inserting a CHART from any WebIntelligence document (including charting sample) gives an error -
  An error occurred when refreshing. (LO 26315)
  Click on details, we get: Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315) ! and WIFormatNumber.noCategoryDefined! (LO 26315)
• Inserting a TABLE from any WebIntelligence document works fine.
• All URLs including dswsbobje and biprws are front-end Apache Webserver URLs

• After enabling LiveOffice debugging logs according to KBA 1384988, the dswsbobje.log [ either found in default tomcat folder or tomcat/bin folder]
