3157032 - Not Able To Add Cost Center Into Cost Center Group

When you select a group and try to add a cost center into a group through "Manage Cost Center Groups" app, the button to do it is grey out, making the action impossible.

1.  Enter in the "Manage Cost Center Groups" app;
2.  Go to the needed group;
3.  The button to add a cost center into the group is grey out.

This happens whenever you try to add cost centers to groups that are part of the standard hierarchy. For this case, you can only create new cost centers to include in the standard hierarchy, not being able to just add the existing ones. 

The reason for this behavior is because when you want to insert a cost center, it can logically only be a newly created one, since all existing cost centers already have an assignment to the standard hierarchy.

• In case you want to include a new cost center- You can use the button New -> New Cost Center:
  
  

• In case you would like to regroup or realign a cost center within the hierarchy- You can select the wanted cost center and drag it to the new group:
