3157289 - Live Profile Export - Personal Information displaying values with (*Not in Picklist)

After doing a Live Profile Export - Personal Information (Extended User Export > Personal Information) - you might find some values have in brackets at the end (*Not in Picklist)

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Use an Employee Profile > User Info field which is not linked to a picklist currently

Manually type in a value on the profile for this field

Then link the same User Info field to a picklist

Run a Live Profile Export - Personal Information (Extended User Export > Personal Information)

Check the field in question for the user in question and you see the value you manually typed but with (*Not in Picklist) 

Expected system behavior 

The export is showing you the value set here was set when there was no pickled linked to the field

Now that the field is linked to the picklist, go back to the users profile and edit the field - this time you will see the picklist options available, select the picklist value required and save.
