3157377 - Documents stored with Filename and Creator using Archivelink do not show the Filename when saving file from SAP content server

Symptom

  • For a Archivelink document stored in SAP content server, when attempting to save this file, the default name of saved file is "ContentServer.extension" which is not the name of the file.
  • If a file is stored using Archivelink to a 3rd party archive server (e.g. Opentext), when displayed the file name has a different name than is seen in the SAP system.
  • For example the below Excel file has name ContentServer.xlsx
