3157396 - QA10: stock posting done, but UD status is not activated

Symptom

Automatic usage decision with transaction QA10 makes incomplete usage decision for the inspection lot:

- the stock posting takes place properly,

- no error, no DUMP, no termination occurs, but

- the UD status is missing for the lot.

Table entry in QAVE exists, but not all the relevant fields have value, some data is missing.

Field QALS-STAT35 is empty.
