3157472 - DM - iXBRL preview fails to generate (access to path denied)

Symptom

When running the iXBRL creation with previewer option, there is an error

"An error occurred during Preview. Check the plugin log file"

In the Task Engine log, there is the following entry

2022-03-02 11:27:43.8635 [6] [FATAL] ==>

ErrorID: 620e5a48-a0c6-4d2c-b270-d6e7ea4200f6
iXBRLPreviewPlugin.GetAndExtractTaxonomies(): Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\SAP\Input\277b1a06-73dc-420c-b5ec-3bb739c4bb57\https' is denied.

However, the account that is used for the Task Engine (in 'services.msc') has full read/write permission on this folder
