3157483 - Backflush Indicator in Production Order is checked/unchecked

The Backflush indicator in the production order is not set as expected.

1. Create a production order in 'Create Production order' app
2. Go to 'Components' overview.
3. Check the Backflush Indicator.
4. Find it is not as expected.

The Backflush indicator is checked if one of the below is set.

• In the routing, the backflush indicator is set in the component assignment. 

• In the material master record, the backflush indicator has the characteristic "Always backflush".

• In the material master record, the backflush indicator has the characteristic "Work center decides", and the indicator being set in the work center.

• To have the Backflush indicator checked, ensure that at least one of the relevant configuration settings is activated.
• To have the Backflush indicator not checked, ensure that none of the three settings are selected.
