3157588 - When trying to apply Runtime Filter for a Field, no values are displayed under 'Report Values'

When user is trying to apply a Runtime Filter on a field no values are displayed for selection under 'Report Values' even though the user running the report has permission to view data of all users.

1. Login into instance
2. Run a Canvas report
3. Click on 'Select values to filter'

           4. Can see no values are displayed under 'Report Values'

RBP issue

1. Reason for Empty values is when we run the report without applying any Runtime Filters.

           2. Can see below error

          3. Due to the above RBP error no values are displayed under Runtime Filters, we need to fix this error by following below mentioned KBA

          4. Once the RBP error is fixed report runs without any issues.
