Symptom

  • SAPscript Graphical Form Painter in Transaction SE71 can't be opened. The Message "Graphical Form Painter couldn't be called" is displayed.
  • The system switches to the alphanumeric Form Painter.
  • The SAPSCRIPT LEGACY TEXT EDITOR isn't available for download as described in SAP Note 2221815.
