3157676 - The data action timed out in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC)

In the data action monitor, the data action fails with the following error after 2 hours:

• An unexpected technical error occurred when processing the data action XXX on version Y. The error has been logged.
• The data action XXX timed out in step Z while running on version Y.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.20.22

Time out error occurs when the execution time is over 2 hours.
For example, if you have FOREACH.BOOKED and FOR functions in the data action, they dramatically increase the no. of iterations based on increasing fact data and numerous iterations take long execution time and finally the time out error occurred.

Firstly, there is no way to extend over 7200 sec for the data action time out. 

To avoid the timeout error, please consider optimizing the script (for example, eliminating FOREACH and FOR statement).

You can also split the current data action into 2 or 3 data actions with separate Loop scopes and each data action could be completed in fewer than 7200 seconds. 
These data actions can be combined into one multi action and the nd users just need to launch it one time to execute 2 or 3 data actions.
