3157728 - Flexible Account Start Date on Leap Years

• Employee hired on a leap year (Feb 29th) has a time account start date of March 1st where flexible account creation is configured.
• A users time account should start in February but starts in March.
• User seniority date is 29 February but for time accounts start date based on seniority date, on non-leap years the start date is 1 March.

Currently it's not possible to have 28 February as account start date where a user is hired on 29 February. We refer to the day after 28 February as 29 February in a leap year and 1 March in a non leap year.

The system is operating as designed. If you would like the time account start date on non-leap years to begin on 28 Feb, please consider opening an Enhancement Request to have the feature introduced.
