• Employee hired on a leap year (Feb 29th) has a time account start date of March 1st where flexible account creation is configured.
• A users time account should start in February but starts in March.
• User seniority date is 29 February but for time accounts start date based on seniority date, on non-leap years the start date is 1 March.
