3157785 - Editing a Promotion's Buying Start Date does not update the Effective From date of its Products

When updating a Promotion's Buying Start Date, the equivalent Effective From date for its attached Products is not updated.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open any Promotion with Buying Start Date X
2. Add a Product
3. Observe as the Product's Effective From date is automatically set to X to match the Promotion's Buying Start Date
4. Edit the Buying Start Date to a different date Y
5. Observe as the Product's Effective From date remains the same

If the Product does not have an Effective From date during creation, the Promotion's Buying Start Date will be assigned to the Product.

After that the Product now has an Effective From date (from the previous step). When editing it again, this will not be overwritten.

In short: the Product gets the start date from the Promotion only if its own start date is empty.

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
