• LMS Canvas reports scheduled to run via Report Distributor bundles have missing records or blank result
• The bundles were working as expected previously

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

The bundles were likely created via Canvas online execution, hence the default Start and End Date filters were set manually and remained static.

We recommend to create the bundles via Report Distributor page, which generates a report with dynamic Start and End date values (usually last 3 years of data). If Date filters are required, please add them in the Query Designer.
