How many days in advance should the Referral Engine Task support ticket be submitted?

Resolution

You need to create this ticket a few days before the Go Live.

As part of the go live activities, a task must be submitted to the Media team to add the final URL to SAP tracking system.

Please be sure to enable the backlinks from the corporate site with the accurate tracking to avoid an increase in "Other" traffic.

Please create a support ticket for LOD-SF-RMK-MED component and provide final URL and RMK site details (site ID, DC).
