3157939 - How to collect JDBC logs for frontend nodes

Symptom

For performance problems related to the website (accstorefront) or commerce web services (API), JDBC logs are usually helpful to identify the query response times, parameters and stack traces, but they can only be collected from HAC or Backoffice. Since the HAC is not typically enabled on frontend nodes (accstorefront, API), it's not possible to collect JDBC logs in these scenarios.
