3157939 - How to collect JDBC logs for frontend nodes when working with SAP Commerce on the Public Cloud

Symptom

For performance problems related to the site (accstorefront) or commerce web services (api), JDBC logs are usually helpful to identify the query response times, parameters and stack traces, but they can only be collected from the administration console (hac). Since the hac is not typically enabled on frontend nodes (accstorefront, api), it's not possible to collect JDBC logs in these scenarios.
