3157958 - Unable to access IDM UI after updating SAPJVM

Symptom

After updating SAPJVM to latest version you notice that you are unable to access IDM UI.

Accessing the UI results in error "Access Denied. Service is Down"

Checking the Default Trace you will see the following exception:

Exception of type com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException caught: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)"
