3158022 - Recruiting Team member unable to Access My Saved Question of another recruiter - RCM

Administrators or other recruiting team members are unable to see other users' My Saved Questions in Recruiting tab.

As confirmed by our Product Management Team My Saved Question are only accessible by the person who creates the question. 

If a generic question must be available to everyone, it should be added to the question library.
