SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Login to system
2. Navigate to compensation -> executive review -> click filter find user filter required usernames
3. Export/Download the Bonus Payout summary report

It will pull the Bonus Plan that you have set in a User's compensation profile

By default, the Bonus summary doesn't show the assignment bonus plan. It is a custom field mapped to EC(employee profile), and the export shows what you have in the Compensation information.
