Is it possible to report attachment field?

Is it possible to identify candidate with attached resume in their profile?

Can we report of specific attachment field if it is empty or not?

Report on attachment field is possible when using Integration Center.  Just create a simple file output integration and select the entity and the attachment field. The report will show value (depending on the property selected) in the cell if an attachment is available in the field and blank if no document is uploaded.
