3158501 - User mail was refreshed into Blank, even mail source is from User management

After synchronization employee to BP/User via report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL or /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE, the user mail address of the employee will be refreshed into Blank, even the mail source is defined from User management in table TBZ_V_EEWA_SRC.
