3158548 - Operations are rescheduled automatically.

When using trigger point to insert reference operation set, the operations are rescheduled automatically .
When adding operations manually, it will not be rescheduled automatically.

E.g. 

1. In production order, use trigger point(e.g.CNF) to insert reference operation set.
2. Perform confirmation for the operation.
3. Operations will be added automatically.
4. Checking the operations in production order, they were performed automatic rescheduling .

It is intentional to perform automatic rescheduling when adding reference operation set through trigger point automatically or manually.  
For adding single operation, the user can schedule the operation at his/her convenience.  It is also due to the consideration of performance. 
However, for adding reference operation set, since it already contains all operations and can be inserted in the background (e.g. via trigger point by confirmation ) , the system performs auto-rescheduling on behalf of users. 

If the auto rescheduling is not expected and you would like to have the full control ,  operations need to be added manually rather than adding through trigger point.
