3158614 - Flexible workflow - PO not yet released even after the approval is complete/restart not triggering - SAP S/4HANA & SAP Fiori

• When using Automatic Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders, the system is showing in ME23n that the Purchase Order(PO) has been approved.
• The PO has status 'Purchase Order Released' but still cannot be edited, stating it is still in approval. 
• In MIGO the message 'Purchasing Document is not yet released' is shown.
• PO is showing as completely approved in the header flexible workflow tab, a change is made to the document where restart of the workflow is expected, however restart is not triggered.
