3158614 - Flexible workflow - PO not yet released even after the Approval is completed

When using Automatic Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders, the system is showing in ME23n that the Purchase Order(PO) has been approved.
The PO has status 'Purchase Order Released' but still cannot be edited, stating it is still in approval.
In MIGO the message 'Purchasing Document is not yet released' is shown.
