3158759 - PCC access issue

• After system/client copy/refresh i.e. Production copied to Quality / Test you cannot access Payroll Control Center (Actually it is the entire mashups i.e. Payslips or Infotypes)
• You are in EC system and you select "Payroll" option and instead of getting directed to PCC you get the following errors:
• Refused to connect
• The requested operation is not available
