3158781 - Constant rule input field shows current day in HANA Studio

1. Scenario:  In a transformation for 0CALDAY (or a custom created DATS type InfoObject) the input field for the "Constant" type rule show the current day although it has not been set (initial):
   
   
   
   Or has the "#" value:
   
   
   
   This value can be represented like this as well:
   
   
   When the Constant value is initial or blank (#) the Constant field is reverting back to the current date.
   
   
2. Scenario: In a transformation for a DATS type Field, the input field for the Constant type rule show the current day, although, it has not been set (initial) like above.
