3158821 - [Onboarding] How to set two national IDs for the same candidate in rehire scenerio

Is it possible to set the two national IDs for the same candidate. 

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

After the candidate has already in the system but inactive and when new profile is being created it shows up error for national ID. 

Expected Behaviour

As per the product design, The Person ID remains the same for previous employment and rehire.

Its not possible to set two national ID's for the same person.
