3158823 - Issue in creating adaptation project in BAS

Symptom

Trying to create an adaptation project in BAS for the standard SAP Fiori application Request Maintenance.
Requirement is to add new fields like input box, label in the selection screen or form.
But unable to achieve the same in BAS. The changes are not reflecting even after adding field in new fragment.
