3158851 - Custom condition table for wave template determination always saved in $TMP package

Symptom

User created a custom condition table for wave template determination in your EWM system using the SPRO path bellow:

SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Wave Management -> Wave Template Determination -> Define Condition Tables 

You activate the created custom table using a custom package of your preference, but after saving, the package is always changed back to $TMP.
