- Candidate completed document signature is DocuSign, but in Onboarding side Complinace process status still in process.
- Document evelopes are in Awiting Singatures status even though document singature was completed by candidates in DocuSign.
- What is the correct step to refresh DocuSign envelopes in Onboarding?

Resolution
If envelope status is 'Awaiting signature' then user should not do 'DMS Refresh' in DocuSign Admin page, but should try 'Envelope refresh' instead in Manage DocuSign envelopes page.
