Symptom

  • Report /FLDQ/AD_REPT_DISPLAY_ERRLOG  returns:
    • Error: DQ04 : An error occurred receiving HTTP results.
    • Location Code: 130 : CALL_DQ_ENGINE_ADR_VALIDATE method of CL_DQ_ENGINE_DQAAS
    • Error returned from Data Quality Server:  503 - HTTP Status 503 – ServiceUnavailable 
  • HTTP Status 503 – Service Unavailable 
  • Global account expired
  • Not able to view the Data Quality Service tile
  • Product has been running successfully for a year
